Athlete Spotlighting #6: Tyler Majoros

Hello Everyone!

Our next athlete spotlight is an incredible journey. When this athlete first starting sports performance training he couldn't even touch his toes and couldn't squat to parallel. Now his muscles are long (a long muscle is a strong muscle) and he deep squats more than his bodyweight for reps.

This athlete has gone from good to great, and is on his way to being excellent. It's time you meet this athlete on his journey...

When I am not training at AGSP, I am: Playing video games, hanging out with friends, doing homework, practicing baseball and basketball.


What are your short-term goals? To get straight A's in school and play high school baseball.

What are your long-term goals?
I would love to play baseball in college and study Forensic Science.



How has AGSP impacted your performance as an athlete? It has increased my speed, agility, and flexibility. I feel more confident and prepared during competition.
